Prices 2025
The letting period is usually Saturday to Saturday and starts at 4.00pm on the first day and finishes at 10.30 am on the final day. Extra days or changes to these times can be arranged.
Further details about using the cottage, arrangements for keys and directions to Burtersett will be sent to guests when the final payment has been received.
We ask for a deposit of £150 when you book the cottage and this is deducted from the balance payable.
Weekend and mid-week breaks (a minimum of 3 days) can be arranged when the cottage is not busy – these breaks will not be available in the peak summer and Bank Holiday periods.
